Teaching Assistant Pathway in Education and Childcare T Level
The T level in Education and Childcare is designed for learners to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours to progress into employment or Higher Education (HE) within the sector. Learners will study within college for one specialised occupation and take part in industry placement with a suitable school setting for the duration of the two-year programme.
Learners will have access to real work environments as they need to show competence in both knowledge, skills, and behaviours gained in a school setting for a minimum of 315 hours. English, mathematics and digital skills are embedded within the education and will be assessed within the various assessments across the two years.
